Loan Term: Loan term from 1 to 5 years.
All major asset types: retail, office, industrial, multi-family, hotels, resorts and zoned land
Loan Size: $1 Million to $20+ Million in select jurisdictions
Loan Collateral: First and Second Mortgages on real estate and other fixed or liquid assets
